Athrols.com — Shipping Policy (Collectibles & Figurines)

Our promise

We ship fast, safely, and transparently. In-stock items leave in 24–48 hours, packaging is collector-friendly, and pre-orders include clear ETAs and proactive updates.


1) Processing times

  • In-stock items: ship within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Fri; carrier pickups do not occur on weekends/holidays).

  • Peak periods (holidays/new drops): handling may extend to 2–4 business days—we’ll flag delays on site banners.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time are processed the next business day.


2) U.S. shipping methods & timelines

  • Standard (tracked): 7–10 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Expedited: 5–7 business days (where available).

  • Express: 3–5 business days (cut-off dependent; not available to all ZIPs).

  • Tracking: emailed automatically when your label is created; please allow 24–48 hours for the first carrier scan.

Free U.S. shipping over $59 (after discounts, before tax), unless otherwise noted on product pages or promotions.


3) Packaging (collector-friendly)

  • We double-box or foam-protect most collectibles: inner clamshell/foam + rigid outer carton with corner protection.

  • Collector-grade box request: if you need near-mint packaging for display or grading, add a note at checkout—we’ll hand-select the best available unit (subject to stock).

  • Minor outer-box rubs or micro-creases can occur in transit even with careful packing; the figure itself remains protected.


4) Signature & insurance

  • Orders $250+ ship Signature Required by default to prevent porch loss (you may request a waiver at your own risk).

  • Standard insurance is included up to the carrier’s default (typically $100). Need more? Email us before shipment for additional insurance options.


5) Pre-orders (read me)

How we set ETAs

  • Pre-order ETAs come from the manufacturer/distributor. We present them as a window (e.g., “Dec–Jan”) because global production and freight can shift.

Why timelines can extend (and why that’s reasonable)

  • Quality checks, factory slotting, freight congestion, customs inspections, and weather events can add 2–4+ weeks. We choose quality + safe transit over rushing items that risk defects.

Our transparency policy

  • We post monthly updates on the product page and email updates if the ETA moves by 15+ days.

  • If a pre-order is delayed more than 15 days beyond the last posted window, you may cancel for a full refund—no penalty.

  • When mixed orders contain in-stock + pre-order items, we:

    • Split ship once at no extra charge if the in-stock portion meets the free-shipping threshold; otherwise we’ll hold to ship together or invoice the extra label (your choice).

  • You can edit your address any time before the pre-order moves to “allocating/ready to ship.”


6) Address changes & undeliverable packages

  • Before shipment: email service@stunncal.com to update your address; we’ll confirm in writing.

  • After shipment: carriers generally cannot reroute economy parcels; we’ll try to assist but cannot guarantee changes.

  • Returned to sender / refused / invalid address: we can reship (new postage applies) or refund minus original shipping for in-stock items once the parcel returns in sellable condition.


7) Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit

  • No movement for 7+ business days? Contact us—we’ll open a trace.

  • Marked delivered but not received: check with household members/neighbors and allow 24 hours; then email us for a carrier inquiry.

  • Transit damage: email photos of the outer carton, inner protection, and the item within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace parts or the full item where possible; if unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.

  • Claims sent with our label are handled by us; if you used your own carrier, please ensure tracked/insured service.


8) P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and remote areas

  • P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO: ship via USPS only; delivery may take longer than standard estimates.

  • Remote/rural ZIPs: carriers may require additional transit days.


9) International shipping (outside the U.S.)

  • We ship to select countries via tracked services (USPS, UPS, DHL). Transit typically 7–21 business days, but customs can extend to 4–6 weeks.

  • Duties/Taxes (DDU): charged by your local customs and not collected or refunded by Athrols.

  • International returns must use tracked methods; contact us for the correct hub address before shipping back.


10) Order splitting & combined shipping

  • Multiple items may ship from one or more U.S. partner facilities for speed. You’ll receive separate tracking if we split an order.

  • We consolidate where practical but won’t compromise packaging safety just to combine parcels.


11) Holiday & severe weather notes

  • Carriers publish holiday cutoffs each season; we’ll post reminders, but delivery dates are not guaranteed during peak volume or severe weather.

  • We do not ship on federal holidays.
