Our promise
We want you to buy with confidence and unbox with joy. If anything is off, returns are simple and exchanges are fast—no restock, clear timelines, and real human support.
1) Ret

Return window: within 30 days of delivery (carrier scan).

Condition: items must be new, un, with factory seals/films intact, all insert

Try-on/inspection at home is fine—please
Not returnable (unless defective/incorrect):

Items marked F or noted non-returnable on the product page.

Blind boxes/cap once opened.

Customized/kit-bashed/repainted items, or products with signs of assembly/glue/paint touch-ups.

Returns received after 30 days or showing misuse/alterations.
If your order arrives damaged/incorrect or missing parts: email service@stunncal.com within 7 days of delivery with your order #, unboxin, and detail of the issue. We’ll prioritize a free replacement/part or offer a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.
2) What count
Collectibles are often hand-painted and mass-produced. The following are generally not considered defects if the figure itself is intact and functional:

Minor paint variation, small specks, or slight decal misalignment visible only at very close range.

Light box wear from shipping (small corner rubs, micro-creases) when the inner clamshell/foam is intact and the figure is undamaged.
If you prefer collector-grade packaging (near-mint box), please note it at checkout—we’ll do our best to accommodate based on stock.
3) Exchanges (fast & friendly)

Like-for-like exchanges (same item for a different size/color/printing batch if applicable) are supported within 30 days.

We reserve your replacement once approved. If the requested variant is OOS, choose store credit or a refund.

U.S. exchanges: a prepaid return label is provided once your exchange is approved.
4) Refunds

Choose refund to original payment or store credit when you start your return.

If you use our prepaid label for a change-of-mind return, a small label fee (shown before you confirm) may be deducted from the refund.

Store-credit returns typically waive the label fee.

Defective/incorrect items are fully covered by us.

Timing: once your return reaches our U.S. returns hub and passes inspection, we issue refunds within 2–7 business days. Your bank/issuer may take 3–10 business days to display the credit.

No restocking fees on eligible returns.
5) Pre-orders & cancellations

Free cancel anytime before a pre-order moves to “allocating/ready to ship.”

If a supplier delay exceeds 15 days beyond the posted ETA, you may request a penalty-free cancellation.

After a pre-order ships, it follows the standard return policy above.
6) How to start a return or exchange

Email service@stunncal.com with your order #, item(s), and reason (defect/box damage/missing part/change-of-mind).

We reply within 1 business day with your RMA and a prepaid label (U.S. orders) or return instructions.

Repack carefully: keep the inner clamshell/foam, include all accessories, remove old labels, and use a rigid box with padding.
-
Drop off with the carrier on your label. Keep the receipt/tracking until your refund or exchange is completed.
Unapproved returns or COD packages may be refused—please obtain an RMA first.
7) Shipping costs & responsibility

Defective/incorrect/missing-part claims: return shipping is fully covered; we handle replacements or full refunds.

Change-of-mind returns: you may use our prepaid label (fee deducted from refund) or your own tracked carrier.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable once an order ships.
8) International orders (outside the U.S.)

Returns accepted within 30 days; customers arrange and pay return shipping to our U.S. hub (address provided after approval).

Duties/taxes collected by your local customs are not reimbursed by Athrols.

For fastest exchanges, place a new order for the desired item and return the original for refund/store credit.
9) Lost or damaged returns

If a return sent with our prepaid label is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll handle the claim.

If you use your own carrier, choose a tracked/insured service—we can’t refund items we never receive or that are damaged due to inadequate packaging.
10) Gifts & price adjustments

Gift returns may be refunded as store credit to the recipient (no price shown). Provide the order # or purchaser’s email to locate the order.

Price adjustments: if your item goes on promo within 7 days of delivery, contact us for a one-time store-credit adjustment (excludes Final Sale/limited drops/site-wide events).
11) Holiday extended returns
Orders placed Nov 1 – Dec 25 are returnable through Jan 31 of the following year (same condition rules apply).
